    T4 is meant to be used on a maxium of .223, sure it's not a T8?

    no defo t4 i have a styer pro hunter with the short barrel t8 wont fit so got the t4

    I didn't think there was a max cal for the T4 but it won't be as effective as the T8 on the bigger guns.

    on all the Ts there is a cal like 25/30 dont try put a 30 through a 25 cal

    I hear what your saying JW but I think that only refers to the hole size in the mod. So if a T4 has .30 stamped on it then it can be used for all cals. up to .30 cal

    PLEASE CORRECT ME IF I'M WRONG.

    as I do not have the true experince to be quoted on this subject and I'm just saying this as the way I read it.

    Clive, I think JW is right. Although a mod meant for a .25 calibre will more than likely fire a .260 remington. There is clearance around the baffles in the mod and the bullet, to allow for a mod not being square to the muzzle. If you use a slightly larger diameter bullet, the clearance is less and there is a risk of baffle contact if the mod is off square.


    JW is 100% correct.
