    Hi all,

I received my P45 few weeks ago, it doesnt mention the Income Levy paid anywhere on it, surley this will leave me liable to repay it when P35 time comes? Paylsips show Income levy paid, even thou its not much shudn't it still be shown on the P45?

Also can someone show me where i can get the monthly PRSI and health levy allowances and rates.

how does employee reclaim the Health contribution where an employee has been paid for a few weeks in 1 week(because didnt have bank details) and thus liable to Health levy (> 500)?

    Hi,

You should have been given an income levy certificate with your P45 when you left. It is the breakdown of the levy paid since the start of the year until you left your job. If not, ask your previous employer for it. The income levy will not appear on your p45.

welfare.ie will give you the PRSI rates. if you are class A and over €352 per week, you will have the first 127 free and the balance at 4%.

If you are over 500 per week, the first 127 is at 2% with the balance being at 6%

Not sure if you can reclaim the PRSI as you should have still been put into the wages each week regardless of having been paid or not but someone can correct me on this.

    Hi nickyone

The blank P30's being circulated to clients from the Revenue request that the income levy is included in the PAYE box on the return

    Hope that answers your question
