I'm a complete tan junky, i wear garnier moisturiser every day just to keep myself from looking like a ghost (I am almost see thru!!) but for a night out I always use Sally Hansen, Its fab!!

Its instant too, so you can see what spots you've missed etc. Its almost like a foundation, which I know sounds weaird, but its great for covering up bruises & marks on your legs, and even thou it says its for legs I use it all over.

Word of advise thou, get a tanning mitt, they're about a tenner in Dunnes, but last for ages & can be washed in the machine. They make it perfect everytime.

I feel I should get a few quid from Sally Hansen, cause I reccommed it to EVERYONE!!! :D

I never use the stuff that lasts days and days, just the wash off stuff. Have to say, I find Sally Hensan -Airbrush legs to be FASTASTIC. It comes in 3 different shades although for me the dark would be FAR too dark. I generally go for the medium shade in summer and the light shade in winter. It takes no more that 10 minutes to do your legs yourself and they're completely streak-free. No hassle.

Just don't wear it when it's raining :p

I've tried he-shi and I've been using it for nearly 2 years now. I find it great!
I'm very pale and my sister is very dark and both of us can use it happily as it's instant and really easy to layer. It's instant but does darken slightly shortly after drying so leave it awhile before u do the second layer. Also a mitt is a necessity!!

They sell in my local pharmacy but in dublin I've picked it up in Clery's

This Sally Henson tan sounds great!! Where can I buy it??

I love top image tan too as you can see it as it goes on and its nice a light for day time too! Cant beat Rimmel Instant Sun Shimmer tho! :p

and the only tan mitt to not give streaks is the soltan one! You can get it in Boots and it makes it go on really even!

Ive seen He-shi in some beauty salons and in alot of chemists. Havent used it myself (i'm a bronz express kinda gal) so dont know what its like.
IMO tanning mitts (only a couple of euro in chemists or penneys) are a MUST when putting on tan to avoid those horrible orange fingers!!

I use Nitrile gloves to apply tan. They are medical gloves which are latex free. You get nothing on your hand and just dispose of them when you're done. You get about 100 pairs in a box. Mine are pink! :)

I use the Sally Hansen airbrush tan too...and love it!!!
Sooo quick and easy to apply.

It's meant to be a leg spray...but I've never actually used it on my legs. I've used it everywhere else though.

Does it tend to stay on your legs all night? Or would it come off if someone spilt a drink on your legs etc?
I haven't had any drink-spilling-ness on my arms or a anywhere else while wearing it yet, thank god!
I'm a bit wary about trying it on my legs though, incase I get caught in a rain shower. Yikes!

Yeah ive seen that tan in my local hair salon of all places and the owner raves about it, its kinda like Rimmel only much easier to apply...but nothing's taking me away from Sally Hansen, that product is always in my bathroom, love, love love it!

I've seriously tried every tan under the sun sally hansen is great for no hassle straight away tan but its very heavy on your skin and can really clog your pores. For a tan that develops over time I find tantastic (pink bottle) good its a brown liquid and has to be applied with a mitt its really nice Im pale but like a medium- dark tan.
For spray tan (med-dark)welll more dark but its so even try Wow Brown Salon(used to be high maintenance in Donnybrook its brilliant I have tried them all and this is by far the best if your skin is completely tan free and well exfloilated your sorted. My legs are practically purlple white and its the only tan that looks amazing on my legs without coming off. My sis uses clarins cocoa butter and says its great and smells devine. I feel I should do a nicola roberts and embrace my paleness but with blonde hair I would just look like washed out hooker :-)

I've never had much trouble. Just don't get your legs wet straight after you put it on or you'll get spill/dribble marks, not a good look. If you leave it about half an hour to give it time... settle in then you're good to go!

Never used anywhere else on me though. Some else said there that it clogs pores. My skin is grand on my body, no spots or anything... if I start doing putting it on my body am I just setting myself up for a fall?!

I might give it a go on my legs over the weekend so :)

Actually...we should start a new thread about where to buy it cheap...as I've seen the price vary from €15.99 per bottle, to €8.79 per bottle!!!

I use it on my chest most days (to take away the paleness, so that my make-up doesn't look mega dark in comparison).
I use it on the complete top half of my body any time I go out at night.
I haven't had any problems with spots from it at all.
Maybe try it a few times and stop if any spots start appearing perhaps?

I think I'll try my legs this weekend.

A girl I work with suggested Sally Hansen and I ended up throwing out my St Tropez lol. Sally Hansen is legit the best tan I've ever tried.
