Powerbreathe any good?

Are the powerbreathe products any good? I've been looking at them for a while, thinking about them. I don't have asthma, but I do seem to have a problem breathing while running if it's at all warm, even in the gym in the morning, no matter how long I've been training, and how fit I am. If it's freezing cold outside at rugby, I can run all night, it's just at all remotely warm, I constantly feel like I'm just not getting enough air in to myself.

If noone has any thoughts on the Powerbreathe products, does anyone have any thoughts about what to do about the warm? It's not a problem regularly, obviously, but it's a pain

A couple of threads on this before. A few people (myself included) have derived some benefit from it, no-one reporting anything bad. Can't see how it would specifically help with warm weather.

I've been using one the last 5 weeks and have to say I've definitely noticed a difference in my tempo runs.
