You dont need to convert it, you just need to tweak it a bit.

    Mosfet, bearings, shim job.

I've upgraded my TM P90 extensively, a few months ago. Its had over 15000 rounds through it, using an 11.1Lipo and all is good so far.
PM me and I'll let you know what I did.

    1 X G&P M120 motor.

    1 X Set of 7mm Bearings.

    1 Set of shims,
    http://shop.ehobbyasia.com/prometheus-steel-shims-set.html
    1 X Reinforced Piston.
http://shop.ehobbyasia.com/prometheus-hard-piston-for-aeg.html this is the best piston you can get really, but you can use others if you want, heres another good one and its cheaper. http://shop.ehobbyasia.com/guarder-full-teeth-polycarbonate-piston-for-marui-aeg-series.html

Be sure to do the AOE or Angle of engagment on the piston before you finish the installation. this basically means you shave off the second tooth nearest the gears. remove it altogether and you'll also need a spacer of between 2-5mm. this goes in between the piston head and the piston itself and moves the teeth back a little to better engage with the gear. you may also need to shave the 3rd tooth slightly but thats dependent on setup. By doing this the gear will pick up the piston much more cleanly as apposed to having to pull the piston into the gears like the normal setup. without doing this you'll probably go through a load of pistons if running a lipo.

1 X ABS Piston Head, the standard one is metal and if you want ROF you want as light as possible and with some flexibility.
http://shop.ehobbyasia.com/elemen-pom-lightweight-piston-head-with-bearing.html you can get much fancier ones of these but this one is alright.

Throw in a gaurder clear hopup and a tight bore and you have one seriously cool gun. ;)

Give Kdouglas a shout and pick up a mosfet from him, bout 30 squid i think. thats pretty much the makings of one hell of a gun. :)
