non NUIG-applicants only

I have been applying for courses recently, What does "non NUIG-applicants only" mean?? I finished my degree last year, so im going back as a postgrad student. So am i an NUIG applicant as i got my degree from the university, or a Non Nuig appliciant as im not a student at current???????:confused::eek:
