    To clarify, this is not a Garda bashing or Garda did anything wrong thread. I'm just hoping for some insight from those dealing with it day to day.

    It did come across a little like you'd read my post that way, but we'll move past it .. neither of us ment nothing by it :)

    This thread / question isn't really about traffic. It's not about what did or didn't happen. It's about the information that the Garda provide to the public and the (apparent) confusion along with this.
