Buying springs in south dublin?

Have to get a 12mm internal diameter compression spring before wednesday, does anyone know anywhere where i can get one in a store?

Tried hardware stores etc but they dont have a spring as big as a 12mm diameter.

Anyone know somewhere to get one? Iv been told theres a place in walkinstown but they dont know the name of the place.

Thanks,tried them but the largest diameter i can get is 7mm without buying a kit which is a waste really.

You didn't say how long the spring has to be "without load", or how strong/thick the steel must be.

Call www.greenhobbymodel.com Green Hobby & Model in Harolds Cross.
They have springs internal 13mm, (probably an equivalent of 1/2 inch) in I expect three lengths. It's a component in model cars and buggies of a certain size.
