Hi All, the house i am currently assessing is a dormer. The house was initially built in 1968 with a flat roof then in 2000 they added a pitched roof and rooms upstairs ontop of the flat roof. I am unsure whether this would be now classed as room in roof. What would be the best way to enter this into the DEAP software. I have all my calculations done but i am hesitant on what tabs to enter the areas in.

    Any help appreciated.

Are the rooms heated and conditioned? Are the accessible?
The answer is probably yes to both.

Therefore its within of the thermal envelope and is a room in roof.
