this might seem selfish in the current environment but i feel i may not be getting a fair days pay. i seem to be first in the office and last out due to my boss asking me to cover for others on the team who are useless and when they are off/sick

so i am a fund accountant in a small-ish company. i have been working here for nearly 2 years and i have a commerce degree. this is my first job after college.

any idea what my salary should be? any other fund accountants out there?

the company hasn't really been affected by the down turn. they gave every one salary increases and bonuses in january. so what should my salary be?
