    tonight in the states should be fast, as pacers are going out on American record pace, As Fam (anthony famiglietti) is try to break the record 27.13!!! due to go through in 5k in 13.35!!

    I have spoken to Martin and he is eyeing up a crack at Irish record, 27.39.55 (cragg) if conditions are good,

    Mary Cullen is down for the 5k too,
