I have a suede pair of green high heeled shoes.

I am trying to find a pair of gold shoes for the races next week but i'm having no luck so I am thinking of spraying my green shoes gold....... Has anyone done this before or can advise.......??

    Races... I'm so jealous!

Yes, I've sprayed a few shoes in my time, mainly cheapies that I only use once (Cuz I NEED them for a particular outfit) :o . I have not, however, ever sprayed suede becasue I'd worry about the texture.
Synthetic material and leather work best.

But if you wanna spray them gold I reccommend you go to your local DIY (I use Atlantic Homeware) and buy sprays for plastic material as they, I find, work best. You can get them plenty of colours! Def in gold.

You could always try eBay of maybe buy a cheapy pair of suede shoes in penney's and see how they turn out first?

    Hope this helps
    Win big!!!

    Hi!
I've sprayed shoes before (cheap pennys ones though... never tried suede) and some helpful advice i got was to use masking tape to cover any parts that you don't need sprayed i.e. the sole, the inside of the shoe etc... then peel it off afterwards. Makes them look more professional!
