SATA HD in old PC?

    Hi all

Bought a new HD for my parents' 6 year old PC. Was planning to install the new HD and do a clean XP install. However it seems like it's IDE only in there and the new HD I ordered from komplett is SATA.

Is there anything I can do to make this HD work with the PC (like a cheap adapter cable or somthing) or do I need to just return it? On a related note, do they even sell IDE HD's anymore? Komplett only seems to sell around two IDE HD's - or am I missing something?

    Thanks
