The minimum household contribution will be increased from €18 to €24 (from the end of May 2009).

Rent Supplement payments currently being made to tenants will be reduced by 8%, in order, to encourage landlords of existing rent supplement tenants to reduce their rents (from the end of May 2009).

Will it be a reduction of 8% or €6?
