Replacing a Z3 soft top

    Anyone got any ideas how to replace a soft top on a Z3?

    Recently a friend of mine had his roof slashed by some vandal. They cut a hole in an attempt to get into the car, but they couldn't fit because of the cross bars in the roof.

    Is there anyway of patching back these roofs? If so how? Or who'd do it?
    Or should he replace the roof? Can the canvass layer be got on its own?
