    do any of ye guys own a 02 /03 vw passat ?? have u had any trouble with them in the past and what are the major faults in this model in these years are they good/ bad car ?

    your help needed asap

    The B6 Passat is not known for great reliability, petrols can give trouble (coils), diesels better. Front suspension prone to wear. Lots of info on the interweb.

    an 02/03 is a B5.5 - the B6 only came out in 2005.

    Had a B5 / 5.5 and have a B6 - what issues are you having OP ?

    Front suspension was a recall job on some cars from 99-03 etc.
