    Iqon. Model number LM7WM.

If I open this up what will I need to be looking for?
I changed the fuse in the plug because I thought that might be the problem. Turns out it wasn't.

Do I need to provide any more details?

When you say it wont turn on, what do you mean? Blank screen with no lights at all?

Anyway as Alanstrainor said. Give more details, like does it ry to start up then fail or when you press the power button does anythiong happen...lights etc?

    Absolutely nothing happens.
I press the on button and it's just dead.

It's plugged in, so the battery is charging, but there are no lights or anything.
    It's just not working.

As for the warranty, that's well and truly expired.

If there are no lights the battery could be flat. Check your charger

If the charger appears to be ok, try plugging the laptop into the mains with it but take out the battery first. It has been known that a duff battery can impede power getting to the laptop somehow.

If in warranty then get them to sort it out.

If not try to measure the voltage on the charger / borrow another one to compare.

Check if the connector is loose where the charger plugs into the laptop - very common that they get a knock.
