Firefox bookmarks. wtf

Hi Folks, I backed up files from a reinstall of xp, I backed up the mozilla folder in the application data folder I hope this is the right one for profiles, bookmarks? its 15 megs in size must be all my bookmarks? I stuck this into the [myname]\app data\mozilla\ folder but nada. how do i retrieve said bookmarks?!

My bookmarks appear to be here:

C:\Documents and Settings\XXX\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\XXX\bookmarks.html

Do you have that bookmarks.html file in that backed up folder? Try popping it into the existing profile folder ?
