A quick one in a public bathroom

I did it for the second time today in the library while studying, reason being that a girl sitting near me was giving me a hard on which was distracting me from my studies! I had done it once before for pure pleasure but today was different as it was so that I could concentrate, not as much for the pleasure (just lasted a minute or two).

Anyway, how approriate is this kind of behaviour. Is it ok to knock one out in a closed cubicle in a public bathroom or is it a disgusting and disgraceful practice? Do any boardsies do it?
