Im looking to do a Health and Safety course thats mainly to do with the construction industry, ive a degree in Surveying which had a health and safety subject but I want to obtain an extra little certification along these lines. I cant find much info though, I found a H&S course in Limerick college but its a full 4yr degree which is obviosuly not what i want/need, i emailed the admissions at limerick to see if they done a part-time course in H&S but got no reply off them. :(

Does anyone know of a part-time / full-time H&S course that would suit me. I checked parttime courses and didnt see much.

I see Dit have a course MSc Environmental Health & Safety Management
    Full Time - DT436 Part Time - DT442
However to complete this course part-time means doing 1 full day a week, hours 10-5pm over a 2yr period, i was hoping for a night time course. This seems like a good course for a health and safety qualification though, hmmm, anyone got any opinions on this course or similar?

Ps: Sorry if i posted this in the wrong section, i thought i saw a "Parttime" course section in the dropdown menu before but obviosuly i was mistaken.

UCD does a part time one.

My family are in construction and my father specialises in H&S... i've brought this up with him before and his opinion is theres a distance learning course in Uni of Manchester, thats much higher regarded in the industry... I'll ask him during the week when i see him for more details
