Has anyone ever tried kleftiko? For anyone who doesn't know, it is a Greek/Cypriot dish and is basically roasted lamb. It is absolutely fantastic and so easy to make. I had it every day while on holidays a couple of years ago in Cyprus. I highly recommend it.
