Hi, i just saved all the drivers from dell website onto my usb earlier today. I have now inserted my usb into my laptop but cant access/find the drivers, cant find on the drives. An icon for the usb has appeared and when i click into it, it says that its working properly. Is this now installed? Is there something i should do to locate and install drivers from this usb? Im using xp and drivers are compatible for laptop model, appreciate any help, (cant access internet till ive run the drivers) thanks!

Open the usb folder and click tools - folder options,Middle tab view
    See if you have
Hide Extension for known files types ticked if yes untick and see if they appear.
Same for Hide protected operating system files
What Dell laptop are you using
