Custom Envelopes

I assume this is the right forum. Sorry if its not and Mods please move if need be.

I started a company a while ago and need to get some custom envelopes made to fit my product. I've contacted a fair few companies found on Google but most either don't do custom envelopes or else my quantity is too small. I only want 500 to start.

Does anyone know somewhere that might be able to help me out? Would prefer to give the business to an Irish company. Would have thought that maybe a small company might be interested.

    Cheers.

I got some stuff done from a crowd in Cork and they were good to be fair, they've a special offer at the moment going on, not sure of the exact details. I only bought small quantities, but got headed paper, printed envelopes, and posters at a reasonable price. (compared to others)
Or even use their price as a quote and get someone else to better it where ever!

PM me if you want their no.

    Dave,

Whats the size and style you need, and what material are you looking them made up in? Not a whole load of bespoke manufacturers on the island but if you let me know the details I'll pm you with a few potentials. Have sourced a few custom jobs for customers -from printed polythene envelopes to cardboard mailers - but usually ended up putting work to companies in England or Scotland.

The new Viking Direct catalog arrived yesterday and I noticed they are now offering custom stationery printing... letterhead, compliment slips and envelopes. Didn't notice the price, but worth checking maybe.

    Hi mate,

Approx dimensions are 53cm x 14cm x 2.5cm. I'm looking for something like a jiffy bag or something made of cardboard would be good too. I'd like to give my product to a supplier and get them to make the envelope/box to suit.

I had contacted a few places but most weren't interested as quantity was too small.

    Thanks

Viking tend to be quite expensive though when you are buying large amounts of stuff, I used them before and said I'd be going elsewhere. You should check out eBay to be honest, lots of good deals on there by "mom and pop" sellers competing solely on price = good deal for the buyer!
