She should be banned from keeping dogs.

Of course dogs should be groomed etc, but turning them into pieces of dodgy art isn't right IMO.

I've seen those pics before on another forum- they were swifly followed by disgusted posts!
It's ridiculous...poor dogs. The owners really should get themselves dolls if they want to play with spray paint.
