Has anyone any tips on where i could buy tickets for Edinburgh 2009 without being ripped off?

I've my accommodation and flights booked, now I've to sort my tickets.

I've been told i could pick them up on the streets outside the stadium but i'd rather have everything booked before i go.

You'll get tickets for the final outside the ground on the day? If you hold tight you'll get them, interested to hear what others say....?

I've got two extra myself, but really looking to swap for extra semi-final tickets to be honest....if thats any good!

Munster fans won't be needing final tickets anyway:)

    Best of luck

We've already beaten ye....I think its obvious leinster fans should be worrying! I know there'll be a great laugh in the munster crowd during the match i wonder if all the D4 people that know nothing about rugby, but just want to brag their going will be making much noise...?

    COME ON MUNSTER!!!!!

    Bit harsh!

From a munster fan thats seemingly not worrying!

Getting away from the topic.....i've every respect for munster and what they've achieved.....

but as a leinster fan i live in hope......got my final tickets months ago.....and not from d4.....

either way should be a cracking match.....

Not quite sure this is what you're looking for but take a look at this:

    http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/blog/2009/apr/23/football-finalfutures-tickets-exchange-market

    or more directly:

    http://finalfutures.com/en/sports/view/3

The gist of it seems to be that you're betting on whether your team will win and the prize is tickets. A bit like betfair ....

To be honest it's probably something for the start of next season. It is a very interesting idea.

I spent a full week searching for them in January. Of course all the best ones were long gone. Eventually got 4 together , but they're almost behind the goalposts at one end. Will swop 2 for 2 Croker ones.

Always a good chance of picking up some tickets in Edinburgh on the day. We got 2 together at face value outside the Millennium Stadium 5 minutes before last year's final.
