All I heard was 800 A was won in 1.54.

5000m first 3 laps were at 80secs a lap, but no idea how many races there were.

Interesting competitor in the grade B 100: Ciaran McDonagh making some sort of a comeback ran 11.58 to win his race ( seemed to be into a headwind ).

I'm really glad to hear that. It would be nice though, to see him flying into the sand pit again.

It would be great but he would probably need a new set of hamstrings:D

Considering he was so injury prone its amazing he jumped so long.

Does anyone know what Ciara Everard ran last night? No results of womens 800.

Edit : I'm an idiot, found them. 2:11, solid enough.

5 girls from Bros Pearse in the 100m, great to see.

What are the rules related to the registration of athletes for these graded events. I assume they have to be paid up member of an AAI club?

That was my understanding but I have seen some guests in the results too from time to time, So i'm not 100% sure. I've asked a few q's to the county board will let you know.

I asked last year if it'd be alright to take part as a non club member and was told it was fine. In the end I didn't get a chance to run.

It was a very good solo run considering there was a stiff cool breeze blowing.

Do you know the splits. I heard she went through in 61/62?

Just noticed, Eamonn Coghlan had 3 of the first 4 athletes in the 800. He is getting a nice little group together there.
