Spur Hill DTT off since yesterday

Forgive the conspiracy theory but Spur hill DTT is off since yesterday. Maybe the Project will be mothballed as Boxer is no longer going ahead with their DTT offering.

No it's not.
Received today in Cork Airport business park @ 1700.
Output seemed lowish for the close proximity to TX , <45 dbMV before masthead amp.
But still perfectly usuable.
I did have the large IBM building directly blocking LOS though.
Analogue was unwatchable.
Mullaganish also present, but unuseable due to very high BER.
Environment was very noisy .
