PC- Itunes how to backup only newly added content?

    Hi,
    I have a PC, External HD with itunes backup on it, itunes with my library on my PC.

    How can I backup only my newly added content to the external HD?
    At present I'm just making a new backup but this takes HOURS....

    A sync tool will do what you want. It will compare the two locations and only copy across the new files.

    Microsoft Synctoy 2.0 is one (free) example that is simple to use and works well.
