    Hi guys,

Any TKD guys here might be interested in Sunday classes we're running for advanced Taekwon-Do.

The classes are completely sport based and are geared towards Taekwon-Do competition.
The classes are run by Terry Donnelly and Aidan Walsh. Anyone in the TKD game will know the calibre of these two gents, especially in the tournament circuit.

The classes run from 10-12 noon and cost a tenner.

    All welcome regardless of affiliation.

    :)

What?! What kind of nonsense is this! What happened to good ol' politics and hatred between associations? Meh! This will never work!

Seriously, sounds good...my god damn hip is nearly back in working order so hope to pop down to you soon either way on a Mon / Fri but will try to get along to one of these Sun classes too...

    Thanks

    S

Jon, where are the classes being held? I might bear them in mind for the future once I get back up to full fitness after being out so long. Is there a min belt requirement & age limit to join in?

    Lex,
The classes are at my place in Cabra which can be found 'some where' on my site :pac: www.pilsung-itf.com

It's best to have a minimum of red belt to do the classes so you've some understanding. No juniors really, having said that teens are fine once they take it seriously.

    :)
