pokerstars causing crashes ?

the last few days while playing on stars my computer has been acting strange. i could be playing for a few hours and the hard drive starts making a noise as if its loading a program. the mouse then begins to become unresponsive and eventually the whole screen freezes. i either have to reboot or wait awhile and everything…

the last few days while playing on stars my computer has been acting strange.
i could be playing for a few hours and the hard drive starts making a noise as if its loading a program.
the mouse then begins to become unresponsive and eventually the whole screen freezes. i either have to reboot or wait awhile and everything returns to normal. this as you can imagine is very frustrating while playing.

Everything will runs fine for a few few hours and the process repeats.
i have turned off HM / anti virus / msn and got into task manager once before the crash to see if there was anything else running that might be causing the problem but didnt see anything out of the ordinary.

i probably should post this in the computers forum but as its pokerstars related (i hope) i am trying here
