    I had the pleasure to run some 'easy miles' with this guy before very nice down to earth guy, I can see him go 2.07 low in london maybe 2.06high
    if everything goes right,

    8.33 for 3k during the fartlek!!

    it was a recovery day after a meet in the states, 8mile run started off very easy about 7.10 pace but got down to 6flat 5.50ish, this was his morning shake out,

    Im excited too to see him put down a good time, he is a class act!

    His easy is my speed intervals......hence the 1hr 13 min between us.
