There is most likely an error between Fas' webpage and your web client, ie: eircom or whoever you use. The problem normally lies between a breakdown in communication between them. When you click on a site it relays information to your server, this info isn't reaching so it's most likely an internal error with FAS but I could be wrong but this is my take on it especially when you get http server cannot be accessed etc message.

Usually these problems are not related to your own pc/laptop.

    Hope this helps.

    1. To open a command prompt, click Start and then click Run. Copy and paste (or type) the following command in the Open box and then press ENTER: cmd
    2. At the command prompt, copy and paste (or type) the following command and then press ENTER:netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt
Note If you do not want to specify a directory path for the log file, use the following command:netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt
Reboot your machine. It should now work.
