Head angle device

Hi All Strange one here Anybody have any idea if there is any kind of device that you can use to display the angle at which somebodys head is held (pitch-wise.....up and down basically) This is important for work. We already thoughT of an iPhone with a spirit level app but I don't know if that would display the actual…
