I work part-time. about 20 hours a week, for which I earn 16 euro per hour.

The work is quite demanding and includes weekends and evenings.

No other perks or benefits and no extra cash for working anti-social hours.
    No travel involved.

Am I being screwed or is 16 Euro an hour a fair wage?

    That's a fair wage.

Based on a 40 hour week it is 33k. Not wonderful but well above minimum wage territory. I suppose it really depends on what you are doing. If you were operating on brains I would say its underpaid. If you were working as an assistant manager in Dunnes its about right. If you are answering phones in a reception area again about right.
