Any decent healthfood shop. Nourish on Wicklow street seems to be well stocked.

They stock it all in the health food shop in Dundrum shopping centre also. The one on the top floor across from tesco. Couldn't tell you the name for the life of me...

I really like erase paste because I get bad breakouts but I wouldn't put it under my eyes- it's way too heavy! Maybe a concealer specifically intended for dark circles would be better?

I'd say try Touch Éclat by YSL. It's amazing. Quite expensive also but is so good. Erase Paste by Benefit is a small pot but that stuff lasts for ages so I think it's worth it.

You shouldn't put heavy concealers under your eyes. They are for things like spots. Light reflective concealers which are lightweight should go there.
