:( Hey all, I bought a lovely ipod 4G nano on ebay. I installed it and all was fine but the next time I went to connect I got the following message on my laptop desktop:

The folder “iTunes” cannot be found or created, and is required. The default location for this folder is inside the “music” folder.

It will not open i-tunes. I deleted itunes and reinstalled but I still cannot open itunes and cannot therefore get music on to my ipod. It's driving me mad I really need some expert advice.

    Thanks all so much.

Ok so seeing as no one replied , i will.

the problem with that is the folder that has all the configuration and setup files for itunes has been moved from where the computer thinks it is ( i.e. the original place where it was saved when you downloaded itunes )

    to fix...

go into start menu - computer - OSC - then search in ' itunes ' when you find it open it from there

    hope this helps
