Hi - I'm 28 year old who has been lucky enough to have won the Diversity Visa 2009 for the USA. As I'm currently out of work (300,000 of us ! ) - this seems like the ideal time to take this opportunity.

I have an Smurfit MBS and am currently completing a Higher Diploma in Statistics. I had planned to do an MA in Economics next year - but have to take up DV option by January next.

I love to be able to do so some placement work in a US organistation similiar to Irish organisations such as CORI, TASC, CSO or NESC.

I've been searching for information on the internet and can't seem to find anything. Can anyone even recommend a good website to get started ??
