    Launching in Crawdaddy 30th April

    Philth
    Attention Bebe (Full Live Band)
    Carden Kent

Phil Boyle, aka Philth, has long been established as one of the leading and most respected DJ's and Producers on the Dublin Circuit. Having been one of the residents and lynchpins of the much loved and sorely missed Backlash, and much of the impetus behind the excellent Space Camp nights, Philth has long since amassed a reputation as one of Dublin's premier Electro DJ's, and one who is held in the highest regard by his peers within the scene. With an endless amount of esteemed support slots when the biggest names come to town, Philth can list Felix Da Housecat, 2 Many DJ's, Justice and Underworld as just a fraction of the many names he has spun alongside. Not content with merely DJing, his incendiary live shows alongside Robbie Welsh as Philth and Seki illustrates yet more strings to his bow, not to mention doing Remixes for the likes of Jape. Always liable to send the crowd into a frenzy with supreme track selection in terms of quality and just sheer pure fun, this "What Th! e RadioShould Sound Like" Set is an offering not to be missed, and should represent the dynamism and brilliance a typical Philth set encompasses. Enjoy.

Attention Bebe, the legends who draw in crowds singing, dancing and smiling, as they play their unique takes on classic pop and dance tracks from the 1990's. This band are well massive. Coming in at around 15 people they take over the stage and use the crowd as puppets in their gargantuan plan to take over the world and trap everyone in an infinite loop of the 90s. Where else would you be!!

As an acknowledged relative newcomer to Dublin’s DJing Circuit, Carden Kent managed to get off to quite an impressive start on the gigging circuit, bagging a support slot with one of his biggest influences, Hamburg’s D.I.M. Since then and over the last year, he’s managed to carve out his own individual route, being the co-founder and resident behind the popular Ruckus Nights at the Underground in Kennedy’s. In addition, recognition also came in the form of blowing the roof off some epic and distinctly memorable “sessions”, where a no holds barred approach to distinctly bangin’ tunes were without doubt, the order of the party. A big and animated presence behind the decks, and with the appropriate tunes to match, it didn’t take the respective crowds much to get into the spirit of things. His 1AM Mix also helped achieve further recognition through excited word of mouth, being passed around like a hot potato and proving to be a good indicator of just how full on the energetic live sets can be.
