I just bought an Acer laptop in Tesco. When i try to use Microsoft Word it asks me for a Product Key, now there is a sticker with a product key on the bottom of the laptop but it says this is the wrong one!

    Anyone got any ideas?

You probably only got a trial of Word that expired. Can you take a screenshot of the window that's asking you for the key?

The sticker is usually for the operating system and the version of Microsoft Office you have is probably just a trial version. You'll probably have to pay if you want a license. Download open office instead - it's free and compatible with MS office
