Well, the big city marathons are coming thick and fast! And while you cannot beat Boston for tradition, and Berlin for records (at least in recent years) you have to hand it to London to pull together the best field. The Elite Men field is just crazy this year. Admittedly no Geb, but there's Wanjiru who could eventually break the WR, though probably not on Sunday. There's also Tadese's debut at this distance which will be intriguing. No Ryan Hall who chose Boston this year, but his compatriot Ritzenheim showed at Beijing that he can also tussle with the east Africans. Add to that: Lel, Goumri, Limo, Kebede, Gharib - it's going to be a tough one to call. As usual these days, Röthlin will be flying the flag for Europe, so I'll be cheering him on, but I have to go for Wanjiru to take the win. Any thoughts? It will be shown on BBC, with interactive service, so can switch between women's and men's races.
And good luck to anyone on these Boards who is running on Sunday.
