    Possibly useful for people trying to improve their power/weight ratios:

    I looked at some other methods that involved calipers, but this one wins on simplicity.

    From what else I googled, seems like 10% body fat is a realistic/sensible goal (for a man).

    I have a cheapo electronic job that I got from VHI. I'm around 12 or 13% depending on the time of day.
