What's a good small LCD TV?

I'm looking to get a small LCD TV, around 22 - 24". What would people recommend that wouldn't be very expensive? Are the TVs in Aldi's/Tesco etc. any good, or are they really a case of "you get what you pay for"? EDIT: Just saw that other thread, sorry about that, could this be moved to Home Entertainment Displays please?
