    I need a tv as a present for someone, it preferably would be 20 inches or more..
    my only problem my budget is 200 euro.. i was suppose to get one cheap off someone but he let me down

    my specs:
    has to be HD
    200 - 240
    20inches..
    in dublin
    black..
