Shirts - In or Out ???

I have seen alot of shirts on people lately and i have a couple myself. I refuse to call them blouses cause that sounds old. Anyway what's the best way of wearing them? Tucked inside jeans or leave them out? Personally, i hate having them in.

I have a bit of a pot belly [below my belly button], so I leave my shirts out to cover it up!
