Wrong transponder list ?

    Just bought one of these sat receivers http://www.engel.es/Publica/DetalleProducto.cfm?id=RC8300 . I have it pointed at Astra 19.2E. I noticed that on the setup menu on the receiver it is calling 19.2E - Astra 1E which was there originally but has now moved to 23.5E. Anyway I want to know if the transponders pre-programmed into the receiver are for the original satellite Astra 1E as I noticed when I done a scan that I did not receive all the channels I would have thought (only 229) and most are belonging to the Spanish Digital+ platform. Is there a list of transponders/ freqs etc that I can add manually to my receiver. Also my receiver has no option to choose the FEC which I thought was strange as its needed when entering new stations no ?

    Any help appreciated.
