    Hey all

    just got ez drummer last week and am trying to put a drumbeat to a song at the mo but hitting a problem.

    I know that in the grooves section you can play a groove and if you want it slower you can click the 1/2 button and vice versa you can double the speed, but I have found a groove I really want to use and I want to slow it down but not nearly as much as 1/2 speed???

    Is it possible to slow it down gradually:confused:

    Am using Cubase SX with it btw if that helps

    Any advice or info greatly appreciated

    Hey Population,

    The Drumbeat in Ez drummer is controlled by Cubase. You just have to change the global BPM in cubase and the beat in Ez drummer should slow down. The Ez drummer window will just give you the option to halve Cubase's BPM speed.

    Cheers Valcin

    Only just gone down the software route after many happy (easy:D) years with an 8 track. So this is all new to me and a little overwhelming on occasion.

    Will try find the bpm option in cubase then. Thus far have only been using the drag and drop opton on ez drummer but yeah just have to get stuck in and learn how to use this stuff properly!!!

    :pac::pac::pac:RTFM:pac::pac::pac:

    I've moved from Cubase but if I remember correctly pressing ctrl and t will open it. If not, just double click the BPM on the transport bar (beside the play/stop buttons). One of the drop down menues on the top wil also bring you to tempo. Can't remember which one though!

    Hes talking about the BPM in the transport bar, where you press play record etc... should be a 120 or something in there, just adjust that and ez will follow :)

    Good luck, and nice choice !
