    Will be there.

I want to join the Sociology Society, I'm not studying sociology but I've attended the S2S, IPSC and Martha Acklesberg talks so far. Like a History society say I think a strong minority of people likely to attend will always come from outside the course. I seen Martha at the Anarchist Bookfair in Liberty Hall and only heard she was talking in NUIM by pure chance. Have they a mailing list I'm unaware of?

Sociology Society were top notch this year, not studying sociology but I tend to sit in on lectures if the module/class is something I've read on/want to learn about and am genuienly interested in anybody taking it out of the lecture rooms and opening discussion around the issues. Todays talk was a great one, and I think the issue's one the Soc. should return to next year.

Was in a bit of a rush at the end, was hoping to get to chat to people quick. Know some of the heads from teh politiks, seomra spraoi etc. so anything like that happening on campus in Maynooth is of interest.

Like I said, I think a lot of interest in a Sociology Soc. will actually come from outside groups of students, studying areas with potential crossover (Economics, History, Antro etc.)

Postering for today was top-notch, but have to say I swear by Rooms 3/4. You can never predict turnout though. The hall where they had the S2S talk was perfect too.

Looking forward to next year so. The likes of Stanley and Martha were great lands this year, can only go forward.
