International Recognition - Irish Degree or Scottish Degree

I have been given conditional offers of acceptance to several Scottish Universities. I am also very interested in the Arts programmes offered by UCC and UCD and I think that I would be happy to study in either Ireland or in Scotland.
I would prefer a little bit more information, which I have been unable to find. So I hope that some of you can assist.

Can anyone give some info on the international recognition of an Irish BA Arts degree (for example from UCD or UCC) against a Scottish MA Arts degree (for example from Edinburgh or Glasgow).

The Irish BA is for 3 years (4 with a year abroad) studying 4 subjects per year. The Scottish MA is for 4 years (5 with year abroad) studying 3 subjects per year. This implies (to me anyway) that the Scottish degree will allow me to study my principal subject(s) to a greater depth (4 years versus 3 years).
I am aware that there are published league tables on Universities (and on some specific subjects within these universities) on the internet and these will rank the 2 Scottish institutions higher than the 2 Irish institutions. But does this mean that generally speaking the MA Arts degree offered by Edinburgh or Glasgow ranks higher internationally (for example with a prospective employer in Germany or with a college in the USA offering a post-grad course) than the BA Arts degree from Cork or Dublin. I am aware that some departments within the Arts Faculties of all 4 institutions mentioned will be "stronger" or "better" than others but I cannot find any type of ranking tables for courses available in the Irish universities.

My own particular interest is in Hispanic Studies.
On open day visits to all 4 institutions, my rankings for enthusiasm of staff would be Cork, Glasgow, Dublin, Edinburgh. For the atmosphere of the campus in general it would be Glasgow, Cork, Edinburgh and Dublin. According to tables, Edinburgh ranks higher than Glasgow in Iberian Languages but where does Cork and Dublin stand in relation to them and to each other?
