software to take a frame from video

    Hi all,

    What software will i use for take a single frame form a video clip so i can use it for a photograph.

    VLC Media Player

    Play your file, pause at the moment you want, go up to the menu at the top, click 'Video', bring your mouse pointer down to 'Snapshot'.

    Snapshots are stored in your My Pictures folder.
