Hey ladies, am off to an outdoor gig this summer and am wondering, as its been a while since i was at an outdoor gig, what the outfit of choice should be?

I like my style but don't wanna look like mutton dressed as lamb (am in my mid 30's but still damn hawt!!) just to be fashionable?!

Its a one day gig but were staying for 2 days so any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Just wear what youd wear to a normal gig. Keep an eye on the weather forecast so you'll know whether to bring a jacket or not. Bobs your uncle.

T-Shirt, jeans, trainers you don't mind getting rid of, hoody, beanie and jacket if it is standard outdoor festival type thing. Flourescent orange fluffy boots, whistle, hotpants and bikini top if you are going to a dance festival :D

Get a rain suit, der amazin!!

Wear ur own clothes, then if it rains, throw it on

Also, i'd recommend comfy runners + plastic bags over wellies

    Wellies aint so comfy

Bring a good rainmac and wellies. You can't predict the weather.
No point standing in a field covered in mud.

Layers Layers Layers. The top most of which being a mac. Forget fashion, you want to survive the day without catching pneumonia. Also under no circumstances wear heels, they'll be digging you out.

I second that about wellies - as a (very) naive 18 year old back in the days of an outdoor festival, I destroyed an almost brand new pair of gorgeous converse runners - they never recovered :( (and it took me quite a while also :D)

Long t-shirt and knickers. That's all you need. :P

Mix with acid, mud and load rock music and you're sorted.
